Carol Kaye also played guitar on "La Bamba" and that walking bass line on Nancy SInatra's "These Boots Are Made For Walking." "Witchita" was indeed, a great song. "Never My Love" is a great example of The Crew's creativity. Tim! Those fade out lines you wrote are fabulous!

I binged watched the “ thank you goodnight “ documentary and to be honest I was disappointed, I grew up on all those up tempo songs and those were feel good songs, on stage he’s a ball of energy but off stage he seems miserable and don’t smile much unless a camera pops up , just seems like he’s not happy and Dorothea don’t seem happy , he’s accomplished everything there is and has a generous heart but seems unhappy and very needy ( little bit of a buzz kill ) not hating on him at all cause I love me some Bon Jovi , to someone who grew up with there music it just seems like Bon Jovi died when Sambora left 😔 nothing from Phil X because I was watching him pre Bon Jovi on UA-cam and he’s phenomenal and a crazy dude ! Cant wait for a Phil X solo band !!!! Maybe Jon was so driven to make it the joy of making music wasn’t there , just a little let down from documentary 🤷‍♂️

Interesting what you mentioned on the constant neck adjustment and the fact that you like your guitars to play perfectly. Maybe you could do a video on how you approach guitar set-up? (neck adjustment, action, pick-up heights, measurements etc)

Thankyou, Tim that’s so well explained Playing with other folks is just great but can be a steep learning curve! Keeping it simple is one of the hardest things to do, and the muting really sharpens the whole thing up. Especially with a compressor, (e.g Cali ‘76) don’t you think?
